The Wall Street Journal talks about Gluten Sensitivity

I found this article from the Wall Street Journal very informative.

It helps to shed some light on the differences between Celiac Disease, Gluten Sensitivity, and those who have a Wheat Allergy.

    Facebook won't let me post a link to your page from my phone, and I can't get on from work anymore... stumbled across http://glutenfreegirl.com/ today... recipes, stories, etc... thought you might enjoy, maybe be able to network with others. Dunno if theirs has anything to do with Celiac, I only skimmed and said "ooh Heather might find some recipes here!" lol
